My mental well being is much like a rollercoaster ride. Once I'm well enough to regain my footing, I take large strides. I can resonate with my darkness and my light on any given day. I am a walking contradiction. I can be so sad one minute, yet still find numerous things of which to give thanks.Take a step with me inside my head, to see what it's like to live life with great determination after living it with so much dread.
