Book Description: Charles Wesley Hubbard (1810-1903) was born and raised in Sheffield, Massachusetts. He married Mary Ann Bosworth and they converted to the L.D.S. Church. In 1848 they arrived in Utah and settled first in Ogden. He then became the first bishop of Willard and, in 1856, took two plural wives. In 1864 Charles was called to help settle St. Thomas in the Muddy Mission in southern Nevada. He remained there until recalled in 1871, at which time he returned to Willard.
