Destitution is the only essential requisite for the admission of Children into Donald son's Hospital, and that without regard to the situations in life which their parents may at any time have occupied, or to the particular localities in which they may have been at any time placed; provided that, at the time of application for admission, the parents and children are in the circum stances required by the Deed of Constitution of the Hospital, as to destitution, and as to the age, and state of mind and body of the Children, to qualify them for participating in the benefit of the Charity.
