However, the positive effects of globalization on higher education have emerged by increasing numbers of universities linked to the internet which offers its services globally, including Jones International University, which serves students in more than 38 countries, as well as the emergence of cross-border Alliances University. More than 200 grouping of universities worldwide such as alliance Peking University and Seoul National University and the University of Tokyo and there are more than 20 university on the internet. Globalization is vulnerable to higher education making reform of this education and the need to make it more important than ever, and that any neglect of this sector threatens the entire development process. The pressure of globalization makes it necessary to allocate adequate resources for higher education section therefore there should be reform of this sector at the enterprise level and the system as a whole.
