We are indebted to the efficient and diligent care of Dr. Joshua Rhoads, and to Mrs. Rhoads, as well as to other members of the family, and to the able teachers and helpers, for the uniform success of this Institution; to all of whom we tender our sincere acknowledgments, on behalf of the numerous blind children and adults, of whom, too, we would speak, in general, in terms of highest commenda tion. Of course, exceptions exist, as some pupils fall under just censure. We refer you to the reports of the Superintendent and Treasurer, submitted herewith, as to the details, and for a statement of finances.
