Book Description: "The United States Air Force's core values are principles that direct, shape, and influence Airmen’s conduct. They are institutionalized at basic military training, reinforced in technical training, and operationalized during day-to-day activities. The author will share personal observations of the misapplication of service before self and its impact on Airmen's quality of life. Eric Klein’s Four Quadrant model will rationalize the need to update current core values. Finally, the paper will recommend a set of core values that emphasize Airmen (Airmen First, Integrity Always, and Excellence in All We Do) because without Airmen...there is no mission!"--Abstract.
